This is a registration form to be placed on a waitlist for this program. In the event that a space opens up, we will contact those who are in the waitlist in the order that they have been waitlisted. Please feel free to email sports@shepherds.org in order to assess your place on the waitlist. 

This season, our leagues will be limited to four teams per age/gender group. The biggest limiting factor to adding additional teams beyond four is finding enough volunteer coaches. If we have a sufficient number of volunteer coaches, and enough players join the waitlist, we could increase the number of teams to six within a group.
