This is a registration form to be placed on a waitlist for this program. In the event that a space opens up, we will contact those who are in the waitlist in the order that they have been waitlisted. Please feel free to contact our office through email at sports@shepherds.org in order to assess your place on the waitlist. 

At Crossroads Sports, our leagues consist of recreational sports for children from ages 6 to 18 are designed to teach and develop a player's skills while incorporating a positive Christian influence through weekly devotionals. Our desire is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ while getting to also enjoy the fellowship and character building that comes with playing sports.

For this league we have the following age divisions. To participate in a league, the child must be the required age prior to 01/11/2025.

U8 Boys and Girls Basketball | Participants must be 6 or 7 years old

U10 Boys and Girls Basketball | Participants must be 8 or 9 years old

U12 Boys and Girls Basketball | Participants must be 10 or 11 years old

U15 Boys and Girls Basketball | Participants must be 12, 13, or 14 years old
