This is a registration form to be placed on a waitlist for this program. In the event that a space opens up, we will contact those who are in the waitlist in the order that they have been waitlisted. Please feel free to contact our office via phone (919) 573-1564 or email sports@shepherds.org in order to assess your place on the waitlist. 

This season, our leagues will be limited to four teams per age/gender group. If enough players join the waitlist, and we have a sufficient number of volunteer coaches, we could increase the number of teams to six within a group. If you would like to volunteer to help coach your child's team, email sports@shepherds.org.
