Event Registration

VBS Volunteers are needed in various areas before, during, and after VBS, including group guides, craft helpers, game helpers, snack helpers, set up crew, break down crew, stage crew, and others. VBS runs from Tuesday, June 23rd through Friday, June 27th, 9:00 AM –12:00 PM. Childcare is provided for children of volunteers (birth–4 yrs). All volunteers receive a free tee shirt, and a free continental breakfast is offered to all volunteers and their children starting at 8:00 AM.  If your registration is successful, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.  IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A CONFRIMATION EMAIL, YOUR REGISTRATION DID NOT GO THROUGH.  

Registration Instructions

PLEASE BE SURE TO PROCEED TO THE END OF THE REGISTRATION, which indicates that you have successfully registered.  If you have successfully registered, you will get a confirmation email.

To register, you will need a Username and Password.

Option 1)
If you have previously registered for a Shepherd’s event through Arena, you will use that same Username and Password.

Option 2)
If this is your first-time using Arena for registration, online giving or making a mission trip contribution, you will need to create your Username and Password. You will only need to do this the first time you register.

To create a Username and Password,

1. Click the "Start" button below.

2. On the next screen click "Create an Account" and fill in the requested information.

3. After you have created your account close the website window.

4. Go back to the original registration link, log in with your Username and Password, and complete the registration.
