Event Registration

This is a registration form to be placed on the Free Agent list for this program. 

If you are on a team that is already registered, your coach will send you a different registration form.

Most of the teams in our league return from season to season. If you have not played with us before, you can fill out this free agent registration to be placed onto one of the existing teams if there is an opening. Keep in mind that filling out this form can't guarantee you a spot in our league.

If you have a team (8+ men) who would like to join our league for the first time, we can try to add all of you together. There is a box on this registration form to indicate if you are solo or have a team ready.

The Spring Men's League is on Monday nights from March 3rd to May 5th. There will be eight regular season games and two weeks of finals.

Registration Instructions

To register, you will need a Username and Password.

Option 1)
If you have previously registered for a Shepherd’s event through Arena, you will use that same Username and Password.

Option 2)
If this is your first-time using Arena for registration, online giving or making a mission trip contribution, you will need to create your Username and Password. You will only need to do this the first time you register.

To create a Username and Password,

1. Click the "Start" button below.

2. On the next screen click "Create an Account" and fill in the requested information.

3. After you have created your account close the website window.

4. Go back to the original registration link, log in with your Username and Password, and complete the registration.
