Event Registration

Fall Camp is for rising 3rd–5th Graders (Parent chaperones and drivers are also welcome and needed. Please register to be a chaperone separately). Camp will be off-site at Camp Oak Hill in Oxford, NC. This weekend retreat is an opportunity to study God's word and focus on the gospel while enjoying outdoor games and activities. The cost is $135 per child which covers the cost of four meals, snacks, crafts, and all activities. (A limited number of scholarships are available to families in financial need.) Check-in will be held on Friday, October 25th starting at 5:30 pm at the camp. Sunday morning, the 27th, families are invited to join us for our 10:00 AM final worship session and pick up is between 11:15-11:30 AM. Registration Instructions

To register, you will need a Username and Password.

Option 1)
If you have previously registered for a Shepherd’s event through Arena, you will use that same Username and Password.

Option 2)
If this is your first-time using Arena for registration, online giving or making a mission trip contribution, you will need to create your Username and Password. You will only need to do this the first time you register.

To create a Username and Password,

1. Click the "Start" button below.

2. On the next screen click "Create an Account" and fill in the requested information.

3. After you have created your account close the website window.

4. Go back to the original registration link, log in with your Username and Password, and complete the registration.
