Fall Fest Friday, October 30, 2026

5:30pm - 8:30pm

Greetings ABFs,

We're so excited about Fall Fest! If you're here to sign up and name your theme, please check out these details first.

The Trunk or Treat will be held in the Courtyard. (If rain, it will be held indoors.) You can arrive as early as noon to set up and decorate your booth. We ask that your booths are completed and ready with by 4:30pm. The event will run from 5:30-8:30pm . We will assign you a place in the Courtyard and provide one 8' rectangle table and two chairs per booth.

The church will provide all of the candy for you to hand out! It will be at your table and refilled throughout the evening.

As you plan for the evening, please keep the following items in mind:

• The theme for the evening is "Fall Fest."

• Please choose a specific theme and build your costumes and booth design around that fall related theme.

• No scary or dark designs.

• Please do not use hay in your displays as it is very difficult to clean up.

• Please carry on and carry off all supplies for your booth. We cannot fill the church dumpsters, so please take trash and supplies off campus.

• Please bring your own water bottle. The church has refill stations. You may bring food for while you serve.

• You and your booth leaders are invited to have pizza and water in the Cafe at 3:45pm with a short rally afterwards. Not required.

• Please provide your own box / bucket (or two!) that can hold the candy at your booth.

• No power will be available at the tables.

* Please email mterrell@shepherds.org with any questions and the number of volunteers you have eating pizza. :)

Thank you for hosting and we look forward to seeing you there!
