On-Call Policy

Awana is a blessing to families here at The Shepherd's Church, but it takes participation from everyone to make it happen!

New this year, if someone from your family is not serving as a weekly leader in Awana, your family will be assigned one "on-call" Sunday in the fall and one in the spring (two Sundays over the course of the year).

On either of these dates, if we have an critical staffing shortfall where we need adult support for the program to operate, you may receive a call and would be expected to come to Club to help.

It is unlikely we would need to call you, but you would need to be available on your assigned on-call Sunday just in case.
