At Crossroads Sports, our open gym leagues are designed to encourage meaningful fellowship through sports while also incorporating a positive Christian influence through weekly devotionals.  Participants must be 18 years old to participate in our open sports leagues.

I grant to CrossRoads Sports and The Shepherd's Church, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my child in connection with its Sport’s Ministry programs. I authorize The Shepherd's Church, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that The Shepherd's Church and CrossRoads Sports, may use such photographs of me and my child with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
