Men's Basketball League Free Agents

This form is meant for Free Agents who do not have a team yet. If you already have been asked to be on a team please fill out the other form. 

Participants must be 18 years old on or before August 30th, 2021 (date of first game).  Registration will close at midnight on Sunday, August 28th. Games for the regular season will take place each Monday evening beginning Monday, August 28th and concluding on Monday, November 8th (10 game league with playoffs to follow).  Games times will vary from week to week.  The playoffs will start on Monday, November 9th and conclude on Monday, November 16th. The registration fee for this league is $80 (does not include a $20 jersey deposit).  Players will be provided with a jersey.  While we will have paid referees calling the games, we expect good sportsmanship. With that being said, the purpose for the league is to allow men the ability to play basketball, build friendships, and share God's Word.

I agree that prior to registering for the league that there will be a devotional presented each week. Attending the weekly devotionals is a  REQUIREMENT of the league in order to participate and play in the league.

I authorize CrossRoads Sports and The Shepherd's Church, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
